Confrontation. Crows
Gold, diamonds, hot enamel, pearls, silk cord

The work is in the collection of the Moscow Kremlin Museum. In 2013, Ilgiz created his first work on a political theme in jewelry, which he showed at a closed exhibition in Geneva. At that time, a local journalist saw in this work a confrontation between America and Libya. (Not long before, Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi was overthrown and unrest began in the country). In this work, the master amazingly distinguished between peace and anxiety, calm and confrontation. Two crows met in a duel against the background of a foggy morning landscape, filling it with wild cries. In the pearl is the rest of the world, which is calm and does not worry about what is happening somewhere out there, far away.
